Pick a Bantu language. Run the three prompts on any model. Paste the answers back. We score them server-side against the consented BTS-BH100 corpus — the answer key never leaves our server. In our cross-frontier run, the best model produced 1 of 12 attested clinical phrases; most produced none — and confidently fabricated the rest. One translated "fainting" as the word for "to die."

The answer doesn't exist for a model to have learned.

This clinical language is oral, non-compositional, and absent from the web. It has to be sourced from native speakers — with consent and fair pay. That consented reference is what BTS-BH100 is.
